By using ClosedEasy you agree to these terms.

What ClosedEasy is — and isn't

ClosedEasy is a communication tool that shows the status of a real-estate transaction. It is not an escrow company, never holds or transfers money, and is not a legal record of the transaction — the agent's brokerage and escrow or title company keep the official file. Dates and steps on a board are set by the agent and may change.

The AI deal assistant

The assistant answers questions from the information on the board. It can be wrong, and it does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Check anything important with your agent, lender, escrow officer or attorney.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account.

Agents' responsibilities

Agents are responsible for the accuracy of what they post and for having permission to share client information and documents on a board.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing page. If something isn't right with a purchase, contact us through the in-app support chat or at support@closedeasy.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal or to harm others or the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
